Data-driven decisions are the key to growing your venue. The Reports section organizes your sales, costs, and team performance into four focused tabs: Stats, Orders, Expenses, and Attendance.

Stats Tab: View visual revenue charts, top-selling items, and a breakdown of payment methods used (Cash vs Mobile Money).

Orders Tab: Access your full transaction history. Use filters to find orders by specific staff members, status, or those containing tips.

Expenses Tab: (Owners Only) Review your historical spending. This tab mirrors the live Expenses page but allows for long-term auditing and export.

Attendance Tab: (Owners Only) Review exactly when your team worked, including pause durations and total hours for the period.

Custom Date Range: Use the date picker at the top to analyze performance for a specific day, week, or custom timeframe.

Exporting: Click the 'Download' button to save your data as CSV or PDF for accounting and tax purposes.

Cashiers can view daily stats to see how their shift is performing, but only Owners have access to full historical reports and net profit calculations.
