Managing Your Menu

Your digital menu is the storefront of your business. Chequ allows you to build a structured catalog with items, categories, and high-quality photos that your staff uses for orders and customers can view via QR code.

Navigate to the Menu section from the sidebar to view your current catalog.

Use 'Manage Categories' to open the category control sheet. Here you can create sections like 'Hot Drinks' or 'Breakfast', and see how many items are assigned to each category.

Click the 'Add Item' button to open the creation dialog. You must provide a name, price, and select a category for every item.

Enhance your menu by uploading photos. You can drag and drop images directly into the upload area or click to browse files (Max 5MB).

Use the 'Active' switch on any item card to instantly control visibility. Deactivating an item makes it unavailable in the POS and digital menu without deleting it.

Switch between 'Grid' and 'List' view modes to find the layout that works best for your management style.

Generate your venue's unique QR Code to let customers browse your menu on their own devices.

Keep your menu organized by grouping similar items into categories. Venues with clear photos and well-structured categories typically see higher average order values and faster service times.
